Bridge Building

*We have been learning about forces and how they help *shape the sort of bridges that we build.
*We learned that there are three main types of bridge *design; beam, truss and suspension.  Using this *knowledge we designed and built our own bridges.
*Miss Fletcher set the challenge that our bridges had to *be 30 cm long and strong enough to hold an object.
*In my group there were Asbjorn Laniey Charle and *Khloe.  We used (list the materials you used barbaqu *scures a egg cartian)  to build our bridge.
*Here is a photo of our Beam bridge.  What I like best *about our bridge is That it is tall).

Speech

Have you ever wondered about just waking up and everything's gone in your house, like somebody robbed you and your house. That would be so painful right? I can just imagine how that feels.
A thief is someone who steals something from other people, things that don’t belong to them. A thief is a bad person to have in your community.
       *Firstly*
When a thief steals from your house you should probably call the cops. So they can find the thief and put the thief in prison. That is why police are very important to our community.
*Secondly*
Once the bad thief guy is in prison, very far away from people the prison guard will teach the very VERY! BAD! Guy a lesson! By saying like next time you hurt someone, you will have to pay a 5000 dollar fine, so he won’t hurt any other people. They have to be locked away from their family and they can only see them occasionally.
*Finally*
Once the bad guy is out of prison, and the prison guard, you know like, tells the bad Thief guy not to hurt anyone else, otherwise the cops are going to hunt you DOWN! And you are going to pay the 5000 dollar fine and totally appear in court!
And that's what I mean by a thief being very bad for our community.
