We have been learning about procedural writing

and here is my rules about the snake game we played.

Kauri Tree Art

if you ever see a kauri tree, always remember that you have to stay on track other wise if you're still making your way to the kauri tree and you're off track, you could pick up the bug and when you get to the tree all the bugs could fall on the roots and the tree could die. To make our kauri art, we started by drawing clouds with white crayon. Secondly, we dyed the background blue. Thirdly, we finger painted the tree trunk and the ground. Fourthly, painted some paper with sponged, waited for it to dry and ripped it up to make leaves. Finally, we added slogans about saving the kauri tree, such as "Stay on track".

Fractions

We have been learning about fractions. I have been doing fractions and heres my photo and its about fractions.

Garden to Table

Each week at garden to table we are either in the kitchen cooking or in the garden planting,watering or weeding.

Basic Facts term 2

We have been working on answering basic facts questions quickly and instantly.

I am at Stage 4.

Handwriting Term 2

We have been learning to form our letters correctly and to use capital letters in the correct place.

I am good at sitting my letters on the line.

I need to get better at the spacing between my letters.
